• Aroma: Dark blackcurrant aromas with subtle fynbos notes and granite-like minerality
• Palate: Fresh and structured, showing vibrant acidity, integrated tannins and concentrated dark fruit
• Pairs well with grilled lamb, mushroom dishes and aged hard cheeses

1x 5L Cabernet Sauvignon

• Nose: Intense aromas of blackcurrant, cassis, dark plum, graphite, pencil shavings, fynbos, and subtle cedar spice.
• Notes: Full-bodied and elegant with layers of blackcurrant, blackberry and dark cherry, complemented by earthy minerality, tobacco leaf, cedar, and hints of dark chocolate. Fine-grained tannins and bright acidity lead to a long, structured finish
• Pairing: Excellent with grilled ribeye steak, roast lamb, beef fillet, venison, slow-cooked beef short ribs, mature cheddar, Gouda, and mushroom-based dishes.
