• Windy periods during ripening resulted in smaller berries, which lead to a good concentration of both colour and flavour.
• Summer temperatures were moderate ensuring slow even ripening of grapes, which resulted in wonderfully balanced & well-developed ripe fruit.
• Its aromatic profile includes elegant floral notes, lemon and pink grapefruit with subtle notes of citrus zest & muscat sweetness.
• Notes of cherries, cassis, plums, and blackberries are enhanced with hints of clove.
• Classic pencil shaving afternotes further attest to the elegance of this wine.
• This wine pairs beautifully with big bold meaty dishes like duck and ostrich.
