Maastricht is a family-owned wine estate located in Durbanville, just outside of Cape Town, South Africa. The Louw family has been cultivating vineyards for the last 35 years and are acknowledged as one of the top grape growers in the Cape Winelands. The farm is situated amongst the rolling hills of the Durbanville wine valley, with magnificent views towards Cape Town and the Atlantic seaboard. The close proximity to the ocean, literally 10km away, has a major influence in the way that the vines flourish.

Product Features

• Nose: Vibrant red fruits and subtle notes of black cherry, complemented by a hint of toasty oak.
• Palate: A silky texture, featuring smooth, refined tannins and a rich, juicy finish that enhances the overall experience.
• Pairs well with roast duck with a cherry or berry sauce.
