6x Shiraz

• A garnet-coloured centre, with a purple rim. 
• A bold wine with fine textures of sweet spice, new leather and a hint of savoury, refreshed with a juicy, plummy finish.
• A beautifully structured, medium-bodied wine with juicy, ripe plum and dark berry flavours.
• Enjoy with robust red meats.
• Alcohol by Volume: 14%

6x Pinotage

• A ruby red with a purple rim.
• A youthful wine that is zesty and packed with upfront, fruity flavours.
• Rich, welcoming berry flavours.
• A wine with substance that will linger on the palate.
• Subtle, velvety tannins that dominate the concentration of juicy, fruity flavours on its medium-bodied structure.
• A wine to enjoy on its own, but will also pair beautifully with a meat platter or curry dishes.

6x Sauvignon Blanc

• Nose: Passion fruit, gooseberry, grapefruit zest, lime, and subtle fresh-cut herb aromas.
• Notes: Crisp and refreshing with vibrant citrus flavours, tropical fruit, green apple, and a touch of minerality, finishing clean and lively. Sauvignon Blanc is typically known for its bright acidity and citrus-herbaceous profile.
• Pairing: Fresh oysters, grilled fish, prawns, sushi, goat’s cheese salads, Mediterranean vegetables, and light chicken dishes. Sauvignon Blanc’s acidity and aromatic freshness make it particularly well suited to seafood and fresh salads.

6x Chenin Blanc

• Nose: Fresh tropical aromas of pineapple, guava and ripe pear, with hints of citrus blossom and green apple.
• Notes: A lively, fruit-forward Chenin Blanc showing flavours of tropical fruit, juicy peach and crisp apple, balanced by refreshing acidity and a clean, dry finish.
• Pairing: Excellent with grilled chicken, seafood, sushi, summer salads, creamy pasta dishes and mild cheeses.
• Alcohol by Volume: 13%

6x Rose

• Nose: Delicate aromas of strawberries, raspberries and watermelon, with subtle floral hints and a touch of red cherry.
• Notes: Fresh and vibrant with flavours of ripe red berries, juicy strawberry and a hint of pomegranate, balanced by crisp acidity and a refreshing dry finish.
• Pairing: Pairs well with seafood, grilled chicken, Mediterranean dishes, fresh salads, sushi, picnic foods and soft cheeses.
