Founded and managed by the Le Riche Family, we exclusively select and source only the highest-quality fruit, from unique vineyards, grown by long-term, established farmers. At the core of this is an inherent knowledge and respect of terroir, in particular the soil, and a winemaking ethos that is traditionally simplistic yet innovative.

Le Riche is excited to be running a campaign this year to celebrate our family and winemaking heritage. To celebrate both our conservation and winemaking heritage, Le Riche Wines will donate 5% of all Richesse bottle sales displaying the promotional sticker to the Game Rangers’ Association of Africa (GRAA). Founded in 1970, the GRAA is Africa’s oldest and most representative ranger association, supporting over 6,000 rangers.

Product Features

• Awards: 4.5 Star Platter, Gold Gilbert & Gaillard, 93 Points Decanter, 92 Points Tim Atkin.
• A red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc.
• Matured in older 225L oak barrels for 12 months, the components are then blended and matured in 225L, 600L and 4500L older oak barrels for a further 8 months
• Aromas of fresh plums and red cherries, balanced with a touch of oak on the nose. 
• Juicy mouth-filling flavours of red berries are supported by a fine, silky tannin structure and a rounded long finish. 
• The Cabernet Sauvignon component adds body and complexity whilst the Cinsaut brings great perfume and accessibility to this versatile wine.
• Enjoy with various red meat dishes.
