Sauvignon Blanc 2024

• Nose: Expressive notes of passionfruit, guava, and gooseberry, complemented by freshly cut grass and green bell pepper
• Notes: A well-balanced cool-climate wine with a luscious body and hints of flint and wet stones. It features a crisp, sherbet-like feel on the palate with a long, ever-changing finish
• Pairing: Pairs excellently with seafood (especially oysters), pan-fried yellowtail with gooseberry beurre blanc, prawns, and goat's cheese
• Alcohol By Volume: 13%
• Region: Elim

Rosé 2024

• Nose: Aromas of gooseberry and passionfruit.
• Notes: A "candy floss-like" wine with a crispy, tart acidity reminiscent of Pink Lady apples, balanced by a subtle mineral edge and a smooth textured mouthfeel.
• Pairing: Complements fresh salads, light seafood, sushi, Mediterranean salads, and grilled prawns.
