In 1984 Neil Ellis sourced grapes from vineyards not of his own and produced wine in rented cellar space. His vision, the pursuit of quality, extended out of the cellar and into the vineyards where varieties would excel and best express a particular style of wine reflective of their environment. Today, the experience and knowledge of the past are applied to modern techniques and technologies for a new generation of winemaking.

West Coast Sauvignon Blanc 2025

• The wine spends extended time on its lees to create texture and viscosity. 
• This results in a Sauvignon Blanc that drinks beautifully while young yet is able to mature and even with age, leave a lasting impression like West Coast memories.
• The terroir is marked by the ever-present southeast wine, while a moody morning mist leaves the most delicate imprint of salinity on the grapes. 
• These conditions are perfect for slow, gentle ripening and create the ideal balance between fruit flavours and freshness. 
• Flavours of lemon-citrus, melon and passionfruit are everpresent, with a subtle and balanced salinity making this wine the perfect companion for fresh fish or shellfish on the braai, crunchy summer salads, and various kinds of cheese.
• Alcohol by Volume: 13.47%

Way of Flower Cinsaut Rosé 2025

• After fermentation, the wine spends a few months on its fine lees to colour in the canvas with palate weight and mouthfeel.
• Dry Provence-style rosé made from Cinsaut. 
• Bright, with a salmon-hue colour, substantial in taste and texture.
• The mesmerising soft peachy-pink tint grabs the interest upon first glance, and then a bright brush of juicy cherry fruit fills out the palate. 
• Floral and spicy notes linger the background along with the slightest tang of sea salt.
• Enjoy well-chilled, or pair with summer snacks and sushi.
