Grainstorm is our range of whiskies crafted in a Coffey-style still. Made from 100% malted barley with long fermentation, it follows the same process as our malt whisky up to distillation. The Coffey still imparts a unique character, allowing us to put flavour in from the very start. Grainstorm is the exploration of bold, distinctive flavours and opens the door to experimenting with different grains in the future.

Peated

This remarkable expression is made from 100% heavily peated malted barley and distilled through our continuous Coffey-style still, hence its categorisation as Single Grain Scotch whisky. This expression is smooth & sweet with lots of complexity, which is balanced out by the smoky & floral notes from the peated malted barley

Unpeated

This remarkable expression is made from 100% malted barley and distilled through our continuous Coffey-style still, hence its categorisation as Single Grain Scotch whisky. This expression is smooth, sweet,t with added complexity not usually found in a single grain

• Aroma: Clove, vanilla, blackcurrant
• Palate: Sweet, tangy peat with green apple, lime citrus, and aniseed
• Finish: Crisp, dry finish with a lingering hint of distant peat smoke

Unpeated

• Aroma: Fresh-cut barley fields with a malty edge, biscuity notes, baked apples, and gentle lemon peel
• Palate: Crisp and delicate, featuring pineapple juice, zesty lemon, and a touch of vanilla sweetness
• Finish: Gentle, with soft fruit flavours and a lingering juicy sweetness
