This limited-edition expression pays tribute to the rich heritage of malt whiskey and the fortified wine tradition. After maturing for three years in #3 char virgin American white oak barrels, the whiskey is finished for up to one year in ex-Tawny Port casks, offering a refined evolution from the previous release that utilised ex-Ruby Port barrels.

Milled, mashed, fermented, distilled, and aged entirely in Boulder, Colorado, this Double Pot Still American Single Malt is crafted from 100% UK-grown malted barley, malted at Muntons Malting in the UK. Proofed with Eldorado Springs water, it is a whiskey deeply rooted in craftsmanship and close to the heart of the distillery.

• Nose: Freshly baked biscuits layered with golden honey
• Palate: Notes of flan, rum-raisin, chocolate-covered almonds and nougat with a round, crisp, dry yet fruity body
• Finish: Hot, elegant and medium-long with hints of mango, toasted barley, dried banana and a subtle grassy ending
