Mattress Warranty

• The mattress carries a 15-year warranty for any faults on the mattress providing a mattress protector has been utilized.
• If the mattress comes into contact with any liquid the warranty is in void. Please note fabrics and quilting are not included in this warranty. We will either repair or replace at minimal costs if a warranty claim is approved
• Therapy tools do not offer a money-back warranty on any of its products. Therapy Tools will not take back any soiled, stained, abused or unsanitary mattresses for hygienic purposes and will not be held liable for any transport costs for any Warranty claim. Therapy Tools is based in JHB and all mattresses will need to be either sent back to JHB or one of our sister factories that could be located in your area.
• If the mattress is placed on a base that is not suitable for the mattress Therapy Tools will not be responsible for repairing or replacing the mattress.
• Mattress Warranty if any warranty claim arises you will need to furnish Therapy tools with the invoice and photos that we may request (if an invoice cannot be provided The warranties will be in void)
• Please note all our latex foam is high density and is simulated latex foam and is not natural latex foam.
• The client may use any base as long as the base is flat and is level and offer the mattress good support for it to perform.
