How to use:

1. Place the cuff on your left arm, directly on the skin, positioned 0.8–1.2 inches (2–3 cm) above the elbow.
2. Ensure the tube faces the same direction as your hand, running along the top of your arm.
3. Confirm the tube is not pinched; the cuff should feel snug but comfortable.
4. Turn the device on and tap the heart icon to begin.
5. Press the button to start the reading.
6. The cuff will gently inflate—remain still and quiet.
7. Once the device detects your pulse, the heart symbol will flash.
8. The LCD display will show your reading along with the AHA indicator arrow.
9. Turn off manually or allow the device to switch off automatically after 1 minute.
