Unlike a traditional Nespresso® machine, the Minipresso NS 2 allows you to gently apply pressure, pre-infusing the coffee capsule to dramatically enhance flavour extraction, just like the hyper-advanced espresso machine. This is very important when extracting delicate and unique flavours present in specialty coffees, which traditional Nespresso® machines struggle to achieve. The advantage of brewing with a capsule is the coffee is perfectly ground, measured, and tamped for consistent results every time.

The integrated water tank simplifies the preparation, and the added drip tray ensures an easy-to-use, easy-to-clean user experience. Instructions

• Add any Nespresso® compatible capsules into the outlet head.
• Add boiling hot water into the water tank.
• Unlock the piston from its travel position and pump a few strokes to pressurize and extract delicious espresso with generous crema.
• Flush with hot water to pre-heat to increase temperature of coffee.
