About

Transform Your Outdoors with Inspiration Wood’s New Composite Panels

Inspiration Wood’s newly launched range of Outdoor Composite Panels offers a practical and visually appealing way to enhance exterior spaces. Whether part of a new build or a renovation, composite wall cladding can significantly enhance the appearance and ambience of a building’s façade or fencing.

Product Features
  • Looks and feels like wood.
  • Designed to better withstand the damaging effects of rain, wind and sunlight.
  • Easy installation and low maintenance.
  • Longer lifespan than traditional wood with fewer upkeep costs.
  • Environmentally friendly.
Product Specifications
  • Dimensions: 2400/3000 (H) x 200 (W) x 26mm (D)
  • Weight: 7kg/8.75kg
  • Composition: Made from wood plastic composite (WPC), these panels are a durable alternative to traditional timber. They closely resemble the appearance and texture of natural wood but are designed to withstand the elements far more effectively. Exposure to rain, wind, and sunlight has less impact on WPC, helping it maintain its form and finish over time.

Installation Instruction
  • Panels can be screwed directly to the wall but it is quicker and easier to first fix horizontal wooden battens every 600mm and screw into those.
  • Install the first wall panel with screws (screw through the side of the panel). Use any flat screws (as long as they are galvanised or stainless steel)
  • Install the second wall panel, the panel slots into the first one covering the screws so all the screws are hidden. The only place you would see the screws is the first and last edge installed. If you don't want to see screws, this can also be glued down using liquid nails adhesive
