• How it Works:
  • Collect your sample: Use the provided sterile swab and gently insert it about 5 cm into the vagina. Hold in place for around 10 seconds to ensure proper moisture.
  • Apply to the test area: Open the test panel and press the moist swab onto the pH test strip at least 5 times to fully transfer the sample.
  • Read your result immediately: Compare the colour on the test panel to the pH colour chart printed on the foil pouch while the area is still moist.
  • Yellow to light green: Normal healthy pH (3.8–4.4)
  • Green to blue: Higher pH (above 4.4), which may indicate BV or another imbalance
  • Bright yellow: Very acidic but usually harmless and temporary
